Hi I'm Cliff

I'm a husband, father, and grandfather...and I'm a mormon!

About Me

I love trail running, water skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing, and just being outdoors! I enjoy my work as a marketing VP, and as a corporate executive. But, as enjoyable as all these things are, the greatest thrill of my life is being part of a family, and having the huge blessing of raising up children (and now grandchildren) under the influence of the gospel of Jesus Christ. It's both exciting and amazing to watch a family with as diverse a collection of personalities as any, unite in faith and love and gratitude to our Heavenly Father! We are truly striving to be a "forever" family!

Why I am a Mormon

I was fortunate to have been raised in a good christian home by parents who were members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I enjoyed being raised under the influence of the gospel of Jesus Christ and as a member of the Church, which provided a wonderful framework for my learning and activities during my early years. I had faith in my parents' faith and witnessed first hand the blessings that came to them and our family as we strove to live the gospel. As a teen I was faced with the necessity of developing my own faith and witness of these things, and found that through earnestly seeking and applying the principles of the gospel my faith blossomed and my understanding of God's plan grew. I gained a love and testimony of the scriptures - the Bible and the Book of Mormon - and found in them the direction and inspiration, to live a happy life. I am most grateful to have come to know my Savior Jesus Christ whose personal sacrifice for me gives me hope and brings me joy as I strive to do my best and then look to Him for the rest!

How I live my faith

I really enjoy serving in our church and in the community in many different ways. Some of my greatest joys have been in helping others realize their personal potential in life and also in coming closer to their Savior Jesus Christ. Currently I have the pleasure of serving the youth in our area and facilitating youth activities that promote socialization, fellowship, the development of leadership and talents, and growth in the gospel. It is a joy to serve!
