Hi I'm Terry

I'm a Mormon and have been all my life. I was privileged to be born into a Mormon home and community.

About Me

I am a twin and the 6th child and youngest in the family. My twin and I were born 6 weeks after dad died unexpectedly. A wonderful, widowed mother, nurtured and cared for us and we knew we mattered to her. I was blessed with 7 wonderful children and have 36 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren. My first wife was killed in an auto accident years ago and I've been blessed to find another good woman to be my wife. I am a retired banker and have enjoyed good health and friends. Since retiring I have served church missions in Texas, Turkey, Nauvoo, and Sale Lake City. I enjoy being with people, especially my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church and was baptized at age 8. Growing up in the Church I never doubted that it was true but I was grateful when, in answer to prayer, I received my own testimony. That happened when I was a young man working away from home in a cobalt mine in Idaho. I could not deny the witness that came to me affirming the truthfulness of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

How I live my faith

My main focus in living my faith is my family and serving others. My current church calling with with the older men. I very much enjoy their association.
