Hi I'm Wes.

I'm a VERY important person. My apartment smells of rich mahogany, and I have many leatherbound books. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hello, my name is Weston T. Mangum, and I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am a very important person. My apartment smells of rich mahogany, and I have many leatherbound books. In fact, I am friends with Merlin Olsen. He comes over sometimes... I am 20 years old, and I am currently serving my two-year mission in Sacramento, California. I am from Hyrum, Utah. I thoroughly enjoy sports, especially baseball, football and wrestling. I played those sports in high school, as well as baseball in college. Before I left on my mission, I completed three years at Utah State University, majoring in Journalism and Political Science. I plan on attending USU when I get back. I also enjoy playing the guitar and the ukelele. Needless to say........ I got swagg to spare.

Why I am a Mormon

It feels good. And also it's the Church of Jesus Christ here on the Earth. That's pretty sweet, too.

How I live my faith

I choose the right. It is what it is.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Wes.
Nope. It is encouraged, and I do it because I consider it a privilege to serve my Lord and Savior who has blessed me with so much. I do it because by doing so, I can show my love for him and for the people that I serve with and around. I do it because I know that it will bless my life and my future family's life in the future. The Savior Himself said "If ye love me, feed my sheep." That is why I choose to serve. Because I love Him. Show more Show less
