Hi I'm Cami

I'm a Mother. I'm a Nurse. I'm a friend. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Portland, Oregon and was surrounded by few members of the Church. After high school I attended college and earned my Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, a profession that I love. I work part-time at a Pediatric Hospital and work full-time as a mother and wife. I spend my extra time reading, playing the piano, and spending time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up a Member of the Church and quickly realized when I left home that it was no longer an obligation to go to church or live by the standards I had grown up with. It was a choice-a choice I had to make on my own. I leaned on my own testimony and decided that I did know that our Savior lives, that He loves me, and that this is His Church on the earth today. I haven't found or seen any other way which brings true happiness, than by living the standards which have been set forth for us to live. I am so thankful for the Gospel of Jesus Christ in my life.

How I live my faith

I have always been an active member of the Church. I've served in many different capacities, but at this time have the opportunity to teach the young children of our congregation. I'm so thankful for those sweet spirits and for the Spirit of the Savior which so clearly radiates through them. I don't live close to family, but have a lifeline of friends through the sisterhood I find at church. I am able to serve other women in different capacities and can rest assured that my family and I will be taken care of when the storms of life arise.
