Hi I'm Tonya

I live in Arizona with my husband and four children. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a stay-at-home wife and mother to four children. I graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) and I love to follow Cougar sports. I like to read, walk, cook, do word puzzles, and read cookbooks. I think I spend most of my time in my van--taking kids to school, lessons, library; running errands; and shopping for groceries.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church. By reading the Book of Mormon and praying, I developed my own testimony of Jesus Christ and his gospel. I know that He is our Savior. I am so grateful for His atoning sacrifice. I know that the Book of Mormon contains the fulness of Christ's gospel. The church helps me to know, understand, and live the gospel. This brings me happiness in my life. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet and that the church is God's church here on earth.

How I live my faith

I try to demonstrate my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ in my everyday life and actions. My family and I attend weekly church services and weeknight activities. At church, I work with young women. It strengthens my testimony to study and give them lessons. I love to hear their experiences and testimonies. I try to teach my children the importance of the gospel through example and teachings in our home.
