Hi I'm Jeremy

I'm a husband, father, scientist and hunter. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Utah but moved to Nebraska during my senior year of high school. Life has been very good to me here on the Great Plains. I've been married to a wonderful woman for 11 years and we're blessed to have three wonderful and bright children. I primarily enjoy hunting and shooting but I've also been known to make rubber-powered airplane models in the small bit of spare time I have. I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2004 and work as molecular biologist.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I was taught very well by my parents but I also had to learn for myself that this is what I wanted to be. The more I live according to God's commandments, the more I realize that I'm blessed. I've come to learn, through living what the church teaches, that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith best by serving others. Whether it's helping someone move, visiting someone when they're sick or doing for someone else what they can't do for themselves, life is best lived when we help others. I currently serve as the Bishop in my ward and enjoy serving others by helping them understand how to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ and recognize the blessings that come from obedience.
