Hi I'm Pam Whetten

I grew up in Mesa, Arizona, my family it four genaration in Arizona and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Pam and I was born and raised in the state of Arizona. In growing up I wonder how my Mother knew how to do so many wonderful things. Our shelves were always full of bottled fruits and vegetables and she made all our cloths. I felt I would never be able to learn all that she could do and I felt I had no talents that I could share with anyone. As I grew up and was married I started to go to Relief Society ( the woman’s org of the church) I found that as I went I learn more about myself and my Savior, I also learned how to budget and make my home a beautiful place to be, not only in décor but in spirit. I learn to can food, make holiday ceramics and how to make bread that we could eat. I learn that I have a love for my Savior and I’m very thankful for his example in my life so that I know how to patterns mine after him. I have learn and grown beyond what I though I would ever know and I’m so glad that I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. My name is Pam and I’m a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. But I has to work to learn the church was true and to gain a testimony. I know my Savior lives and loves me, I know my Heavenly Father sent his son to earth to show us his example of how to live and love. When I have had problems and needed help in dealing with them, I have only had to look at Christ life and know he is their to help me, and has all ready been though this trail. Then I only have to pray and ask how he would be have to handle the problem and he is always their to answer my prayers. I’m thankful for the four children he has sent into our home. I have loved watching them grow in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and to watch them marry wonderful companions, a raise their children to know their Savior. To watch them be great examples in the Gospel to their children so they can help them to grow and know more about our Savior. I’m thankful to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and to have married in the Temple with a wonderful companion

How I live my faith

It is not hard to live the teaching of the church when you know what you believe is true. You work at keeping your testimony stong by studing and praying for the guide you need at the time you need it. I love learning from the people in the church and the great studing you can do, and question that you can have answered in your life that you need to help with yourself or your family. I'm teaching the 8 year olds and enjoy the questions that they asks and helping them to find answers. Children can teach you as much as you learn from them.
