Hi I'm Samarah

I love Just Dance, I laugh at my own jokes, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I recently graduated in advertising at Brigham Young University. I am the proud wife of the most charming man. He is an accounting major, so we are definitely an interesting mix. He has the book smarts and I have the coloring book smarts. I am the youngest of five children and an aunt to nine amazing kids! My family is spread across the country, but I proudly say I'm from Snowflake, AZ. I love TV commercials, running, and just being around people.

Why I am a Mormon

The gospel gives me hope. "Hope can be described as the ability to see something better in the future". And my hope is in Christ. It is so comforting to know that no matter my shortcomings, there is someone that will forgive and love me. As I continue to learn more about the church doctrine, I find that it makes me want to be a better person. I want to stand a little taller and be an example of Christ in all I do and say. I know that I am a child of God and there is nothing more I could possibly want, than to one day meet my God and hear him say "Thou art my beloved daughter; in thee I am well pleased". Why am I Mormon? Because I want to stand as a disciple of Christ giving my all day in and day out and there is no better place to do that than in God's own church in these last days.

How I live my faith

"...faith without works is dead" (James 2:20). Showing that I am a Mormon will speak much louder than simply stating, "I'm a Mormon!" My Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, died for me. Nothing I do will ever be able to repay Him for His sacrifice. However, the least I can do is live for Him. I strive to follow His perfect example and let His everlasting love illuminate through my words and actions. Elder M. Russell Ballard wrote, ". . .part of what we believe includes a divine commission to share our faith - and the joy and peace we have found within it - with others." This gospel is the happiest thing in the world and I live to share it with all those willing to listen.
