Hi I'm Larry Webb

I am a chef and a Director of Dining Services at a retirement community. I have four children. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hello, I'm Larry. I have been married for 25 years. We have four children ranging from 18 to 25. Our oldest has Down Syndrome. We also have two granddaughters. I am a chef and a Director of Dining Service at a retirement community. I enjoy music and sports. I have lived in Utah, Nevada, Vermont, Arizona, Colorado, and Belgium. I have a degree in accounting and one in culinary arts.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church. Some of my ancestors came across the plains in wagons and handcarts. Still, I had to get a testimony of my own. I can't say when I knew for sure that the church was true, it came so gradual. I do know that Jesus Christ is my Saviour. I know that we have a living prophet on the earth today. It is a confort to know that life does not end at the end of this life. We can be families for eternity.

How I live my faith

I am currently the Ward Mission Leader in our ward. For the past three years I was a Sunday School Teacher. This was as great experience for me because I was able to learn more about the basic principles of the gospel. I work at a retirement community which is owned by another religion. I enjoy being able to see how others live their religion, and still feel free to share mine with them.
