Hi I'm Joey

I grew up in Arizona. I am a high school choir director. I am a Mormon

About Me

I am happily married and a proud father of 4 beautiful children. I have been a high school choir director for 14 years.

Why I am a Mormon

I have always been around great people in my life. As a child my parents and my brother taught me to love the gifts that I have been given and to always be the best person I could be. I learned about faith and prayer at very young age. My brother and I shared many spiritual moments through our life. I have always believed in prayer and my savior Jesus Christ. My grandparents on my father's side were southern baptist. They made sure I had a bible and continuously expressed their love of the savior. John 3:16 was the scripture that they wanted me to always remember. In college I truly discovered the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I learned that there was more to God's plan than just faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. I learned about the gift of the holy spirit and how is possible to have that gift as a constant companion throughout my life as long as I live worthy of it. Through many spiritual experiences I grew to love the church and to build a strong testimony of its principles and teachings.

How I live my faith

I attend church regularly and serve church callings that are given to me from time to time. I live my faith by saying my prayers and by teaching my children about their heavenly fathers plan. I am willing to share my testimony with others. I live by example. I am thankful for the examples that I have been given.
