Hi I'm Jason

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm married to my best friend and we have two young children that keep life exciting and tiring. I'm always up for an adventure and enjoy just about any sport. Lately I've been playing a lot of racquetball and last winter started skiing again. I grew up twenty minutes from some of the greatest snow on earth up little cottonwood canyon in Sandy Utah.

Why I am a Mormon

Describing why I'm a mormon is like describing my entire life in a few short paragraphs. Although I know that some may say that I'm just another mormon guy born in Utah. I feel that I'm much more than that. Over the years I've been tried and tested and had ample opportunity to chose a different path but as for me I pray everyday that I'll hold strong to my faith and live the gospel to it's fullest in every way that I can. Everything that makes me who I am is because of my beliefs and my membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I love my Heavenly Father and know that he loves me and has provided a way through my Savior Jesus Christ that I can return to him. I've read the Book of Mormon and followed the promise that if we pray with a sincere heart and real intent then our prayers will be answered. I've witnessed miracles in my life and in the lives of others and have felt comfort and happiness when I do what the Savior teaches. I've seen the highs and the lows of keeping the commandments and disobeying the commandments. It's hard to describe my love of the gospel of Jesus Christ without getting emotional. I'm a mormon and like the early pioneers of the church I'm willing to give everything for what I believe.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving each day to be a little better. I work with the Bishop who is responsible for the well being of all the individuals that live in our area. I help him keep organized and make sure he is aware of individuals that would like to visit with him. I attend church meetings with great individuals from my faith weekly. I try and live my life so that others would be proud to say that they go to the same church as me.
