Hi I'm Nikaela.

I'm about as normal as it gets. I'm a mother, wife, chef, chauffeur, decorator, photographer, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I fell in love and married young. I'm 25 and pregnant with my third child. I am working on my college education and a little photography business. I love to cook, but I love to eat even more. In high school I developed a powerful relationship with my savior that has brought me the heaven on earth I enjoy now.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm Mormon because nothing brings me the same peace and serenity that the gospel of Jesus Christ provides in my life. I've felt the reality of his love and can't deny the testimony I have gained of his plan.

How I live my faith

I currently serve as the children's pianist in my ward. It's interesting and humbling because my piano skills are mediocre at best, and were elementary when I was called. I have a few other talents that are much more cultivated and developed in my life. It took a lot of faith to put my self in a situation where I would literally be surrounded by better pianists and have to reveal my weaknesses. But have been so humbled in this calling and have truly felt the hand of the Lord and he has made me more than I am. I consider motherhood to be my most important job as a member of my faith. It is my responsibility to teach my children how to be considerate, helpful, outgoing individuals who can go on to improve the world they live in. This takes great effort and focus, which I struggle to find everyday, but I keep trying. I also sustain my husband in his calling as Ward Mission Leader. My children have gained a greater appreciation for missionary work by watching his faithful service and I'm grateful.
