Hi I'm Rick

I was born in Utah but raised most of my life in Tampa, Florida. I'm now currently serving a full-time mission for the Church.

About Me

I'm currently majoring in Computer Science at BYU, hoping to go to law school for patent law afterwards. I served as a missionary for the church in the Roseville California mission from 2011 to 2013. I love the gospel and the direction and guidance it gives me! It doesn't necessarily make life easier, but it definitely makes it easer. I love working on cars, playing soccer, and the beach.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, but just like anyone and everyone, there came a point in my life when I had to decide if it was something I wanted to live my life by. Through prayer, scripture study, church attendance, my testimony grew. I yearned for personal answers to my respective questions and struggles I dealt with, and they came. I sought to learn more of the role of my Savior and His living church on the earth, and my knowledge grew. It's a precious testimony I have gained, and I strive to make it stronger everyday.

How I live my faith

I try and do my best to emulate Christ through my everyday life. Serving others, being kind, forgiving, and loving unconditionally. One of the best ways to do that is to share your faith with others. 1 Peter 3 : 15 - live your life in such a way so that people will ask about what it is you believe.
