Hi I'm Nichole

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife and mother of two adorable children. Some of my favorite things to do are read books, bake (especially cupcakes), decorating my house, crafting, scapbooking, planning parties and just enjoying my time with my family and husband. As a family we love traveling all over and during the fall we love going back east to watch Florida Gator football games. I always wanted to be a full time mom and love my job. I love being able to be there for my kids at this time in their lives and watch them grow and experience the good and bad of life. I feel so blessed to have a husband who allows me to do what I love and is so supportive of me.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the peace I feel when I am living the gospel especially in such a turbulent world. I love the sense of direction it gives me. I love the fact that I know where I came from and where I am going. I love that the church sustains and support families and the value they hold. I love that we know our families are forever and that we won't just have them in this life but after we die. It makes me want to be a better wife and mother and makes me love my family even more. I also love the sense of hope that the gospel gives. I know I am not perfect but if I follow my Heavenly Father's plan and do my best I know that I can live with him someday and my family. I love the scriptures and what it teaches us about Christ and our Heavenly Fathers plan. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and is another testament of people who lived on these American continents.

How I live my faith

I serve as 2nd counselor in the Relief Society Organization, as a result I have the opportunity to be able to serve the women in my ward. I love helping whether it is brining in a meal, helping clean someone's house who needs the help or just going to visit someone who needs a visit. I also get to organize monthly activities for the women to participate in to help them grow closer to each other, their families and their Heavenly Father. As a family we attend our weekly church services, have family home evening, family scripture study and family prayer. By doing this I feel that it helps us become a stronger family. As an individual I also strive to have my own personal scripture study and prayer. I love how my day seems to go a little smoother when I allow that personal time for myself.

What is the Relief Society?

The Relief Society is an organization for women who are 18 and older. In Relief Society we try to help the women in strengthening their families and their own personal testimonies. We also believe in supporting and helping each other through visiting the women in our ward and serving those who are in need of service. It is so great knowing that we are all sisters and all here to help each other through this life. Show more Show less
