Hi I'm Jennifer

I grew up in Arizona. I love to cook. I love my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of 3. My children are my greatest joy. I recently returned to school to pursue a masters degree in education. I love to cook and can. I like to try new recipes. I like to travel, especially to the beach. Our family loves Disneyland, and we try to go once a year. Our family likes to camp and go fishing. I love singing and listening to music.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents are Mormon, so I grew up being Mormon. I am so grateful that my grandparents joined the church many years ago. My life has been greatly blessed, because of their choices. I love the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It brings so much joy into my life, especially in a world where there is so much sadness. As every family, ours has experienced many trials. But, because of the gospel, we have been able to be strong and see beyond our trials to the Lord's eternal perspective. Reading the scriptures and trying to follow Christ's example gives me hope and a foundation to build my life around. It also enables me to teach my children to build their foundations in strong principles that will help them develop into successful adults. As I continue to study the scriptures and pray, my testimony continues to grow and my love for the Savior increases. I am so grateful to be a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I am the provident living specialist in my ward. I help our families to become prepared for emergencies and live provident lives. I really enjoy my job, because I have learned so much about being prepared. I help the sisters learn how to purchase and store a year supply of food and clothing. We have also worked on preparing 72 hour kits for emergencies, and storing water. This job has blessed my life and my family, because I don't fear as much about natural disasters. I know that our family is becoming prepared to weather any storm that may come.
