Hi I'm Megan

I am a mom and wife. I am a daughter and sister. I am a Daughter of God. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife of 10 years to a very patient husband and mom to 3 spunky kids. I have recently experienced 3 difficult miscarriages. We hope for more children to come to our family but are fully aware that we are not in control of those decisions. I am a stay at home mom and not so fabulous homemaker. I love to spend time with my little family and my big extended family. I like to read and eat good food. I love a good movie and pretzel M&M's. I have super short hair and think that every woman should own at least one pair of red shoes.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been raised in the church and have felt of it's truth from as young as I can remember. Through my life and experiences I have come to understand the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a more deep and connected way. The truths of the Gospel give me peace and I know my life as a Mormon woman, wife and mother has meaning and purpose. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints provides the stucture for learning the truth, an enviroment that fosters applying the priciples of the gospel and a community of brothers and sisters who are together working to live the gospel and love one another. I am a Mormon because the LDS church is God's true chruch and I know His Gospel brings me the greatest blessings avaliable in this life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by teaching my children everyday that they are children of God. I live my faith by treating all people as God's children. I teach 11 year old kids in church and sing in the choir. I read scriptures and pray with my family everyday. My desire is that I live my faith in all aspects of my life. In my home with my family and in my community.
