Hi I'm Ken

I'm a Mormon, and I served a mission in Austria.

About Me

I am retired. I am a college graduate and have a MBA. I have served many church callings. I am an active cub and boy scout leader. I play golf, enjoy history, and love being a grandfather (OPA) and living close to some of my grandchildren. My mother's ancestors came to Utah with the first pioneers.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a Mormon family and was baptized at 8 years of age. I have always loved the church and made an early decision to center my life, my profession, and my family around church activity. I served a mission to Switzerland and Austria in February 1960, and I served the entire 2 and 1/2 years in Austria. I came home: went back to college, married my sweetheart in the Los Angeles temple, and raised by children in the church. Being a Mormon brings me peace and security and the opportunity to serve my family and others with love.

How I live my faith

Currently I serve in the scouting and youth organizations within the church. I also enjoy being a home teacher and visiting 4 families monthly who live within our ward. I enjoy being around people . I love my Savior and know that he is the Son of God. I know the happiness that comes by being a member the LDS church. I have seen the healing power of the Priesthood and the blessings it brings to members.
