Hi I'm Brittany

I'm a dental hygienist and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a recent graduate and have started my career as a dental hygienist. I love to give people a reason to smile and love what I do! I hope to serve a humanitarian mission someday and put my dental knowledge and hands to work. I play the violin, enjoy running, and anything covered in chocolate. I like to have fun with my family and friends, and love the Gospel!

Why I am a Mormon

My Grandpa was a convert to the church. My parents lived and taught their children the Gospel. Like most children growing up in a member home, I was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at age eight. My testimony began as a young girl in Primary, where I learned songs of Jesus Christ and of His life. I grew up in the youth programs of the church and strived to better myself through living the church standards. But the heart of my testimony began in my home. How grateful I am to have been brought up in a home where the spirit was there. My parents and siblings continue to be wonderful examples of how to live a Christ-like life. I'm a member of this church because I know it's true. I know it is true because I have prayed to know and feel the comfort and peace of the spirit each time I read from the Book of Mormon. It is a powerful book and has changed my life.

How I live my faith

I live my Faith each day as I strive to have the spirit with me. I'm close to the spirit as I read from the Holy Scriptures and strengthen my relationship with my Heavenly Father through prayer. I'm currently serving in the church as a instructor to the women in our congregation. Here, I am able to serve my Heavenly Father by helping other sisters to learn from and feel of the spirit. As a sister in this Gospel, I am also serving through my calling as a Visiting Teacher, a calling I will have for the rest of my life. This calling is to minister to and serve the sisters through developing loving friendships. I love the relationships I have made and testimony I have gained through visiting those that Christ would if He were still on earth.
