Hi I'm Marv Robison

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am in my retirement years, however, I do drive school bus during the school year. I have been a member of the church from my youth. Served a church mission as did three of my children. Graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business Management. We have been happily married for 48 years. In my spare time I like to fish, ski and read. I am also an avid B.Y.U. fan and fan of sports in general.

Why I am a Mormon

You could say I was born in the church. At some point in everyone's life, however, they have to testify that they accept totally the beliefs of this church. I was raised in a community that was nearly 100% Mormon. I took many things for granted. It wasn't until I went on my mission that I was challenged for my beliefs and after about 6 months of study and prayer my testimony was established. As I strive to live the principles of the gospel that testimony is strengthened. My faith grows daily as my desire to live as to have the Savior's love and spirit with me.

How I live my faith

I believe in giving service. I served as a member of a school board for six years. It was challenging and rewarding at the same time. The greatest joy, however, comes from service to the individual. The Church provides ample opportunity for service through quorum service projects for member and nonmember alike. Nothing takes your mind off of your problems as quickly as serving others. I have served in the church in responsible positions of leadership not only with adults but also with the youth. As a result, my circle of friends have increased and I have built and shared strong relationships. When we exit this life all we will take with us is the relationships we've made and the experiences we've had.
