Hi I'm Brittney

I am a wife & mom of 2. I love my family, bargain shopping, decorating, serving others and most of all my religion. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a 28 year old mother of two amzing children and wife to a wonderful husband! I grew up in a small town with a great family. I am the oldest of three kids. In high school I was the cheer captain of our squad and loved it! I got the award of Top Cheerleader of the state one year. I also played the flute and was in student counsel. After high school I went to college and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Management/Marketing. While at college I met the star of the basketball team and fell head over heels before I even knew what happened! Two weeks after I graduated college we were married in the temple. We are loving life with our two amazing children. They are so much fun and keep me busy. I feel blessed to be able to stay at home with them. I love decorating, bargain shopping, creating things in photoshop, crafting, and going fun places with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was lucky enough to grow up in an LDS family but it didn't take me long to realize on my own that this church was going to be an important part of my life. I prayed daily and studied the scriptures and knew this church and its teachings were true. I am Mormon because it is the only way for me to be truly happy. I want my family to be eternal and I want my children to grow up with the same standards and virtues I was taught that have led to my happiness. I am a Mormon because I know there is a plan for me (for each of us) and I know that if I live what I beleive I will have eternal life someday with my family.

How I live my faith

I live my faith each day by following the commandments and teachings of the gospel. I serve in many ways in my ward and callings in my ward, serve those needing help in my neighborhood, and look for way to help in our community/schools. Being a mormon is a lifestyle.. you must truly LIVE this religion but by doing so I have felt the companionship of the spirit and seen many blessing in my life. I also know that being a Mormon does not promise a perfect life but that by living it we will be able to make it through any trials that come our way. I try my best to be an example of the Lord Jesus Christ and serve him by helping and teaching those around me.
