Hi I'm Kathy

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My family is very important to me. I have been married to my husband for 29 years and we have one son and two daughters, and their wonderful spouses. I love being a mom, and one of the greatest joys of being a mom is when you see your children having children. I have four beautiful grandchildren and look forward to more. I love putting together puzzles and playing games with my family. I love crocheting, and am now learning sign language.

Why I am a Mormon

I have always been a Mormon. I am who I am today because I chose to continue to strengthen my testimony. My parents are a great example to me, and I love and appreciate their faithfulness in the gospel. I also have tried to be the best example I can be to my children. I know that we have a Father in Heaven who loves us and wants for us to return to live with him again as an eternal family, and because of this knowledge I have tried to live a better life. I know He loves each one of us, and has given us our free agency to choose our path. I know Jesus Christ atoned for our sins, and for this I am very grateful. I'm a Mormon because I want to be and I know it is the best choice for me and my family.

How I live my faith

We have many opportunities to grow spiritually and learn so much by donating time and talents to those we go to church with. I have had a wide variety of different callings, but teaching the youth of the church is where I love to be. I have taught young women ages 12-18, and I am now teaching the 3 year old children.
