Hi I'm Andie Lorenz

I was Baptized in July of 1992. I ride a Harley, I'm a Mormon and I Know that this church is true and that Jesus Christ lives.

About Me

I am married to a wonderful woman, we have five children ages 28, 25, 20, and twins 8. I enjoy camping, riding my Harley, Hunting and just spending time with family and friends. I am currently a Building Inspector for a small county in central Washington. I also DJ part time on weekends as a hobby.

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up I have always known that there was a reason that we are here beyond just living and that there was more beyond this life. When I met the missionaries for the first time I could see in their eyes that they knew something more and that my spirit needed to here their message. The LDS church and my faith in our Heavenly Father have shown me that purpose. I bare my testimony that I know that Jesus is the Christ and that he died so that we can return to live with him and our father. I know that Joseph smith is a true profit of god and delivered the Book of Mormon to the last dispensation through the power of revelation. I know that we have today a true profit of God who guides and directs us according to the will of the father. In the name of Jesus Christ Amen

How I live my faith

I live my faith like any other member of the church one day at a time and by being active in church callings and home teaching. Our faith is increased as we participate in service activities and meetings. I enjoy meeting new members and helping them to feel welcome.

Is it true that Jesus appeared in North America after his crucifixion and resurrection according to the Book of Mormon?

Andie Lorenz
I believe it is true that Jesus Christ visited the North America after his crucifixion. In John 10 verse 16 of the Bible it says "And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold and one shepherd." It is my belief that the sheep he was speaking of were the people in north America. The book of Mormon tells us of his visit and how he healed the sick, taught them the gospel and called disciples to organize his church in North America. (3 Nephi 11:18; 3 Nephi 12:1-2). John 10 verse 14 "I am a good shepherd and know my sheep, and am known of mine. Show more Show less
