Hi I'm Diana

I'm a mother and grandmother. I love chocolate and flowers. I enjoy cooking, gardening, and walking our puppy. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love being a mother, and I will soon be a grandmother. I have 5 children; 4 boys and a girl. I like being all together with my family and love it when they make me laugh. We love watching college football together. I have had 30 years to train my great husband and now I have a new puppy to train. I love children. I like planting and having beautiful flowers in my yard. I love spring time when the tulips and daffodils bloom. I like the first snow fall and the smell of home-made bread. I love the taste of home grown tomatoes and making salsa in the summer. I enjoy reading, and cooking for my family. I like to walk in the rain. I love serving in the church.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I love the Lord. I love the Savior Jesus Christ. I know our Father in Heaven has a plan for our life and for our happiness. I know the Book of Mormon is true and I have read it many times to know for myself the truthfulness of its words. I know that we have a living prophet on the earth today. I'm grateful for that knowledge that has come to me through being a Mormon. Because I was raised in the Mormon church, I was taught that I can pray to God at any time in any circumstance. I have been taught that I am a daughter of God and I have great worth. I know that our Father in Heaven supports us in our trials. He gives us peace in times of suffering. Because I am a Mormon, I am sealed to my family for eternity. My membership in The Mormon church has brought me the greatest happiness in life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by following the example of the Savior of the World. He went about doing good and serving others. His desire was to follow the will of his Father. My desires are the same. Since I fall short and I am far from perfect, I know that I can repent because of the gift of the atonement. I try each day to be a better person. I have many opportunities in our woman's organization to serve other women. I like to help a friend with MS do her physical therapy exercises. I try to love my neighbors and take them baked goods on cold days. I try to take care of my family the best I can. I read the scriptures to know God's will. The greatest joys in life come when I am serving and trying my best to be the person God would want me to be.
