Hi I'm Andrea

I am a wife and mother of four children ages 8 - 2. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently a stay at home mom of four children ages 7yo - 21yo. I previously worked as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal intensive Care unit at Primary Children s Hospital in Utah and in Arizona. I've study music played the violin, cello, and piano. I currently enjoy hobbies such as quilting, knitting, crochet and spinning (as in making yarn not exercise). I volunteer quite a bit at my childrens school and am currently working in the kitchen at the school my youngest attends.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in Utah. Both of my parents where members of the LDS church but were sporadic in the attendance. I knew they believed in God, and taught me and my brother how to be kind, responsible, and caring members in society. They encouraged me to attend meetings and take the religious education classes called Seminary in high school. The summer after i had turned 16yo I felt a need to read the Book of Mormon. after I read it i felt in my heart that it was the Lord's hand in preserving it for us to read today. Over the years as I've grown older I have had many incidents where I felt the Love of my Heavenly Father and his guidance as I have face trials or needed to make big decisions.

How I live my faith

Currently at church I teach the Women's class once a a month from the Gospel Principles Manual my favorite l lessons have covered the topics of Charity, and learning and developing Talents. I also help run a bi-monthly activity group for girls ages 8-12. In the past I have worked in the Cub Scout and Boy scout organizations sponsored by the LDS church. It is the experience I've had in working with youth and seeing their affect as the youth grow into adults, that I've seen the tru value of these programs and how they incorporate teachings of Christ into their activities
