Hi I'm Linda & Bill

We have lived in Utah most of our life. We have a large family. Were Mormons.

About Me

We have 8 children, 26 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren which are the very important to us. We are not the "perfect" family but we love each other and try and do those things that we should. Linda is a very good cook, seamstress, and housekeeper and loves to do these things very much; especially for the family and anyone else that she meets. Bill loves to do family & church history research and share it with others. We like to be together and do things together even though we have somewhat different interests. We are currently serving a mission together and love to be associated with other young missionaries. Linda has spent most of her life being very dedicated to her family and trying hard to help them. Bill has also tried hard to be a good husband and father. He loves to work and to accomplish things for the betterment of others. Bill has a BS Degree in Business Management and a masters degree in Public Administration (a "doctors" degree from the college of hard knocks). We have owned and operated construction, bakery, and steel fabrication businesses. Bill worked for about 25 years for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in building management, Temple inspection & construction. One of the common phrases Bill always use is that he has had the best two jobs in the world. We have had wonderful and interesting experiences including living out of the country of United States for a couple of years.

Why I am a Mormon

We are mormons because we were "raised" in the Church and have always known that the Church is "The Church of Jesus Christ" on the earth today. We want very much to follow His teachings and do the best we can in trying to do so. It is our desire to try and help each other, our family, and others to understand and follow Christ's patern that He has given us. We have many of our ancestors that where early Mormon Pioneers who sacrificed very much, even in some cases their own life, so that we can have the privledge of following the teachings of Jesus Christ. We want to follow their example and do the best we can in doing the same. Our greatest desire is being together as a family forever.

How I live my faith

Currently we are serving a full time mission for the Church. It it difficult be to away from our family and friends but we enjoy sharing our love for the gospel with others and try hard to be an example to all those we have the privilege of meeting. For many years we have also had many opportunities of teaching and being around young people and trying to show them how to live their lives in proper ways. We feel that young people are very smart and are trying hard to live their lives in good ways. Our greatest joy is trying to "cheer them on" in doing what is right. That is also true of all people that we meet whether they are young or old and we enjoy very much associating with them.
