Hi I'm Greg

I'm just an average guy with a wonderful little family

About Me

I have a wife and five children and my family is the joy of my life.

Why I am a Mormon

My entire life I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I have come to know that Jesus in my Savior and that he loves me. I know that he has established his church here on the earth to help guide us in life's journey. The mission of the LDS church is to bring people closer to Christ and be worthy to return to live with him in the next life. I am glad to be a part of that mission and love to share the gospel with others.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving in my neighborhood church as an instructor for the men's organization. In my last neighborhood I helped lead and teach this same organization. The primary goal of our men's group is to serve and help people in the area with both spiritual and physical needs. I also was able to go visit families in their homes to teach them the gospel and help them as needed.

What do Mormons believe happens to us after we die? What do Mormons believe about life after death?

When we die, our spirits leave our body and goes to the spirit world. In the spirit world we will still have all of our knowledge and we will still be able to learn. We will also be able to be reuinited with friends and family from this life. Thanks to the atonement of Jesus Christ, all of us will be resurrected (John 5:28-29). In other words our bodies will be restored to a perfect state and our spirits will enter back into our bodies never to be separated again. The atonement of Jesus Christ also allows for us to overcome a spiritual death caused by sin. "No unclean person...hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God". (Ephesians 5:5) Through the sacrifice of our Savior we can be cleansed of our sins and live with Him and our Father in Heaven again. Show more Show less
