Hi I'm Mike

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in Arizona and am grateful for my membership in the Church.

About Me

I am a husband and father of 5 great kids. We enjoy family time doing activities such as game night, hiking and boating. We are very involved in the Boy Scouting program and are working with our boys so that they earn the rank of Eagle Scout. I am a physician and am involved with a group of doctors that fly down to Mexico and put on monthly clinics for the poor. My family and I are truly blessed.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born to a Mormon family and have always been an active member of the Church. I do remember in high school struggling with the questions that many people have: Is the Church true? Are all the things that my parents and church leaders taught me true? I always felt that if was all true but I never really asked. About the time I graduated from high school I needed to find out if my life long belief was right. I asked God and as was promised in the scriptures he confirmed my feelings as was promised in the scriptures. I went on to serve a two-year mission in South America and I have never regretted that decision since.

How I live my faith

My family and I attend our church meetings regularly. We work in our local congregation doing our part working as teachers and in Boy Scouts. We have regular family prayer and scripture study. We try to be examples to those around us so that can see our beliefs in the way we live our lives.
