Hi I'm Pamela

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in the plains of Colorado.

About Me

I am an accountant and have owned and operated my own business in a rural community of Colorado. I love to read, mostly fiction, and just for the pure enjoyment of it! Music has always been a big part of my life, though I barely have time to play the piano most days. I am a mother of two young men and step-mother to five children. They are all grown and raising families of their own. We love each of our eight grandchildren! My husband and I enjoy 4-wheeling in our Rhino and spend as much free time as we can enjoying the Colorado/Utah trails. I have been taking online classes in pursuit of my bachelor's degree in business administration. I work for a large dental practice in the Denver area.

Why I am a Mormon

My husband introduced me to the church 18 years ago. I could see that he had something different in his faith and it was very attractive to me. It took me 3 years to decide that I would be baptized, having investigated each allegation brought forth by my family as to why I shouldn't become a Mormon. I am thankful for the opposition that I faced as it strengthened my testimony as I prayed and pondered the church doctrine. I was able to find answers to my questions and realized what true faith in the Lord Jesus Christ was about. I continue to grow in the gospel and feel closer to Heavenly Father through temple attendance and prayer.

How I live my faith

I work with the young women (14-16 year olds) of our ward, preparing lessons, weekly activities, and monthly activities with the other youth of the ward. I send out letters each month to other women who are less active in church.
