Hi I'm Andrea!!!

I grew up in Arizona. I love photography. I'm a college student and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Arizona. I have one brother and 2 sisters. I am the oldest in my family. I just graduated from high school in May 2011. I am currently doing some prereq work to get in a Dental Hygiene program. I love photography, photoshop, music/playing piano, reading, traveling, hanging out with my friends like any other teenager.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a part member family. My mom is a member, and my dad is not. Growing up I was exposed to two different religions. Although my dads church had some of the truth, the LDS church had the full truth. Five days after I turned 18, I was baptized and confirmed a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. It was the best decision I could have ever made. It has blessed my life, truly. I am a Mormon because I know that God lives. I know that Heavenly Father had a plan, and we all chose to follow His beloved son, Jesus Christ. I know that Christ is our Redeemer. Through Him, we are able to repent of our sins, and be perfected in Him. I know Joseph Smith saw God and Jesus Christ. I know that the Book of Mormon was given to Joseph to translate, and I know that the Book of Mormon is to be used with the Holy Bible. I know that the Book of Mormon is true. I know that through the Holy sealing power used in the temple, families can be together forever. I know that we can pray to our Heavenly Father. He hears our prayers. I know we can receive answers through the Holy Ghost. I know that if we follow His commandments, we will be so happy. The Priesthood is restored. I know it is the power of God on the Earth. I have seen many miracles performed by the Priesthood. I know that God loves us. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I use clean language. I dress appropriately. I date properly. I keep myself sexually pure. I look to Christ as my example. I strive to serve others. I know when we serve others, we serve Him.

What is the Church’s position on abortion?

We believe that every unborn child is a child of our Heavenly Father. Each child has a divine destiny. The church does not approve of abortion, only in rare cases. Show more Show less
