Hi I'm Austin

I grew up in California and served a mission in Torreon, Mexico. I'm a real estate attorney, a father of five, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My wonderful wife and I are parents to five amazing children who keep us busy with a variety of sports and other activities. I enjoy spending time with my family, playing volleyball and golfing with my son.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born of "goodly" parents, each of whom had strong ancestral roots in the Mormon church. While my upbringing provided the foundation for my religious beliefs, I am a Mormon today because the restored gospel of Jesus Christ gives me hope that I can become more tomorrow than I am today. I am a Mormon because the teachings of the church provide a solid basis upon which continued happiness can be attained. I am a Mormon because I know that God lives, that Jesus is His son and the Redeemer of the world, and that His church has been restored in our time through the Prophet Joseph Smith. I am a Mormon because I know the Book of Mormon is the word of God. I am a Mormon because I know that the Lord speaks to his children today, just as he has in all dispensations of time, through modern day prophets and apostles.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving each day to be more like my Savior. While I continually fall short, the persistent effort has slowly but surely worn down my rough edges and made me a better father, son, husband and brother.
