Hi I'm Anna Lois

I'm a Great Grandma , I'm a Grandma, I'm a mother, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the oldest of 11 children so I learned at a young age to serve. I married a great man and we have 7 children, 43 grandchildren, and 77 great-grandchildren. I love to sew and have sewn for others since childhood. I've made wedding dresses, 3 piece suits, and every thing for the home. I love music and play several instruments. I began lessons on the last instrument, the Harp, at the age of 75. I like preforming or sharing my talents with others. I am now living with my daughter who owns an Assisted Living Facility. Some might consider me elderly, now that I am in my 80s, but I am active and very independent--still driving, sewing, and serving others. Even at at Assisted Living I feel more like a care giver than one that needs the care.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised by Mormon parents who were mostly inactive in the church. I had a grandmother who was active and influnced my life for the good. I chose as a teenager to learn my religion and embrace it's truths. It has made a huge difference in my life. I now understand my value as an individual, my place with my fellow man and my relationship to my God.

How I live my faith

I express my love of music every week as I sing in the choir. I have the opportunity to serve others as I organize the watch care over the women of our congregation. My spirit is blessed as I attend my church meetings and activities. The knowledge and sprit I gain attends me in my private life. I have prayer, scripture study, and the enfluence of the Holy Ghost, to bring me closer and closer to the character I desire before I meet my God.
