Hi I'm Meg

I'm a strawberry-blonde. I'm a cake decorator. I love to travel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm 21 years old and I LOVE LIFE. I grew up in the Gospel and over time have developed my own testimony and relationship with my Savior Jesus Christ and my Heavenly Father. I'm the oldest of three kids, and I absolutely love my family! I'm artistic and love anything artsy. I'm a cake decorator and find joy in creating art out of cake. I love to sing....everywhere I go. Music keeps me alive! I look for the beauty in everything I see. I love to travel, and I hope to see more of this beautiful world.

Why I am a Mormon

Being born to a family of Church members has been such a blessing. Since day #1 I've learned about my loving Heavenly Father and His plan for me. I've always loved going to church and reading my scriptures. I've always been eager to learn more; I love to feast on the words of Christ. I've always had a testimony, and as I grew older my testimony became my own through my OWN scripture study and fervent prayer. I can't say that there's been ONE defining moment in my life where I gained my testimony; I've been cultivating it my whole life! I know that when we follow Christ's example and do what He asks of us that we will be truly blessed. I've seen it in my life. I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet and that he played a major role in the Restoration of the true church. I know that we have living prophets on this earth today. I know the Book of Mormon is true. I know that families can be together FOREVER....I know that Christ lives. How do I know? I sought for truth, and God freely gave it to me.

How I live my faith

As a member of this church, I am always looking for ways to serve and find those who are searching for truth. I have dedicated lots of time in sharing my testimony with those I meet. There is nothing more amazing than being able to share what YOU know to be true with those around you! I participate actively in church callings, such as working with the younger children in Primary as a teacher and music chorister, and also in visiting fellow women in the church by doing Visiting Teaching. We're an active church, and we all have a part to play.
