Hi I'm Kim

I was born and raised in Utah and then moved to Arizona. I graduated from ASU and have worked in retail since. I am a Mormon

About Me

I am a father and grandfather with two wonderful daughters and three amazing grandchildren. I have a second business as a photographer and love all aspects of photography. I have also won awards in wildfowl carving.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church with parents that were not very active in it. At a young age I gained a testimony of my Savior and later served a two year mission teaching others about the Gospel. Time and time again I have seen the hand of the Lord blessing my life and the lives of others. I find strength, security, and peace knowing that I lived with my Heavenly Father before I came here and will live with him again with my family once I leave this life. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is founded on the premise that the family is eternal. This brings perspective to my life and helps me understand what is really important.

How I live my faith

Throughout my life I have had several opportunities to serve those around me. I spent two years on a mission in Oregon teaching others about the gospel of Jesus Christ and doing service where needed. I also worked with the youth for many years helping them to find their own testimony of the Savior and develop habits that would keep them close to him. I later served as bishop over a large congregation of members and spent many hours in counseling and in service to them. I have always been open about my membership in the church and willing to talk to others about why I love the Lord and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
