Hi I'm Dustin

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My biological parents are divorced but my stepdad has really stepped in for me and shown me what a good dad should be. That has been huge in my life because I am now the father of two fantastic "little men". My second dad has been a big blessing in my life. I have been married for the past 5 years or so and can truly say that my wife is the best thing that ever happened to me.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know it's true. I was born into this church but I have remained active and gave two years of my life to share it because I studied it out in my mind, made my decision on what I believed, and then prayed to my Heavenly Father to know if what I believed was true. At that moment, I received a firm confirmation that this is my Father's church and that through my Savior and the ordinances that he offers me in this church, I can return to live with Him and my family forever.

How I live my faith

I love my Church and spend a lot of time doing the things I love. I serve as a hometeacher, visiting 3 families each month to share a brief message and helping them in any way I can. I also work with the men in our church, teaching lessons, organizing service and other activities that help us come together, learn, and draw closer to our Heavenly Father while growing as a group. Finally, I am active in learning about my past: I learn about my ancestors and provide a way for them to have the same blessings I want through the ordinances that give them. I love to visit the temple!
