Hi I'm Heidi

I love Ender's Game. I love summer. I love being Mormon.

About Me

I'm majoring in Psychology at BYU Idaho. I love to run, read and longboard.

Why I am a Mormon

There are tons of reasons why I'm a Mormon! I grew up in the church but it wasn't until I made some poor decisions that eventually helped me realize that I do have a testimony and a love for the gospel. My experiences have shaped who I am today and I know this church is true and that Christ lives. I also find comfort and security in knowing that "in his strength I can do all things." (Alma 26:12)

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving each day to improve myself and become a little better.

Why do Mormons baptize their new members?

Mormons seek to follow the Savior's example and through baptism, they are following his choice to become baptized as He was. Individuals who decide to join the LDS church must be baptized in order to fully embrace God's gospel and His teachings. Essentially, Mormons baptize their new members to help them progress on their journey towards becoming like Christ. Show more Show less
