Hi I'm Jason

I've worked in banking since 2003. I like to read and to play a variety of sports. I'm a husband and father. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy spending time with my wife and children. I enjoy reading. My favorite sports are golf, tennis, and basketball. I like to be punctual and organized in life. I enjoy interacting with customers at work. Indian curry is one of my favorite foods and ice cream is one of my favorite desserts.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know through the Holy Spirit this is Christ's church restored to the Earth through the Prophet Joseph Smith. I know God continues to show love for His children, as he did anciently, by calling prophets to lead and guide His kingdom on the earth. Thomas S. Monson is the Lord's mouthpiece today. I know The Book of Mormon to be true and that it works hand in hand with The Bible to testify of Jesus Christ as our Savior and Redeemer. Living the Church's teachings has brought peace and joy to my life amidst all the turmoil and confusion of the world we live in. I'll be forever grateful for membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

How I live my faith

Every day I strive to follow the teachings of our Savior as I go to work, spend time with my wife and children, and attend Church meetings on Sunday. I strive daily to study the scriptures, pray in private and with my family, and improve upon myself. When I make mistakes I can turn to my Heavenly Father through prayer and seek forgiveness through His Son Jesus Christ. The Church provides me with plenty of opportunities to be of service to others. Through my calling in the ward I'm able to teach gospel lessons from time to time, as well as meet privately with other brothers in the ward to help encourage and inspire them to live up to their potential as Priesthood holders. Along with other ward leaders, I help coordinate and plan ward efforts to bring the ward family closer together and help each household come closer unto Christ.
