Hi I'm Aaron

I bake. I backpack. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a business professional by trade, but a baker at heart. I have one wife and three kids and one of my passions is to spend time creating delicious delectables for them. I am working on finishing my MBA and working full time. I am a Boy Scout leader and enjoy stomping around in the woods.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I have received confirmation in my life that this is the path to happiness in this life and I have been blessed with a hope and faith in the blessing in store in the life to come. I know that Thomas S. Monson is the prophet of the Lord and that the Book of Mormon is the word of God.

How I live my faith

Part of my service in the church revolves around working with the young men in our ward. I am involved with them on a spiritual level in addition to the standard Boy Scout program. On Sundays at church I teach lessons about the scriptures, doctrines of the gospel, and commandments from God.

What is a ward/stake/branch?

Aaron
A ward is more than just a geographical area where members are assigned meeting times and locations. It's more than a simple congregation of like-minded worshipers. A ward is an extension of your family. Here you will make deep friendships. You give service to strangers and support to people whose needs exceed your own. These are the people with whom you work, serve, play, laugh, cry, and worship. Show more Show less
