Hi I'm Melissa

I love to make people laugh. I love to eat chocolate. I am studying Spanish education at BYU-I and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've lived in northern Idaho for about 13 years and I think that it is the most beautiful place in the world. Right now I am attending Brigham Young University Idaho and I am having the time of my life. When I have spare time, I love to spend it with my family and friends playing games or just sitting around and shooting the breeze. I also love to spend time on my own reading and baking. I love any type of food that has chocolate in it and I think that cinnamon rolls are absolutely divine. I am majoring in Spanish education and am working to become fluent. I love the thought of being able to communicate with people in another language.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that living the gospel brings True happiness into my life.Through living the gospel I have learned to rely on Jesus Christ during both good and bad times and I know that Heavenly Father has a plan for me. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints helps me to grow and become better every day. It is an amazing support system.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith by serving others. One of my favorite things to do is to hold doors open at grocery stores or restaurants for elderly women and men. This may seem like a silly way to live my religion, but I like to let people know that I respect and care for them.
