Hi I'm Natalie

I am a wife, mother of 4 and a middle school Spanish teacher. I am a Mormon.

About Me

My husband & I have lived in Colorado for 22 years. We have 4 great kids that keep us busy with lacrosse, soccer, theatre, dance and many other activities. I love to spend time with family & friends exploring new places. We love to travel, especially by cruise ship. I am a Spanish teacher and I love to share my love of the language and culture with my middle school students. When I am not busy with school or family, I spend my free time reading, walking & enjoying the outdoors.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized at the age of 8 and I come from a long line of Latter-day Saints. As a child I was encouraged by my parents to find out for myself the truthfulness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In James 1:5 it states that "any who lack wisdom, let him ask of God". I have asked to know for myself whether these things are true. The scripture continues stating that we are also promised to receive an answer. I have received that answer for myself. I know God lives. He has a plan for us. He wants us to find happiness in this life. Even when I face the little roadblocks in life, I can still feel peace. I know that the Gospel of Jesus Christ brings that peace. It has blessed my life greatly.

How I live my faith

I love the gospel of Jesus Christ and the many opportunities it gives me to serve my family, friends and neighbors. I have had the great opportunity to give back to the community by helping to organize an appreciation dinner & program for the teachers in our area. I have also been able to work with the children, youth & currently the women in my church. It is a great blessing to follow the Savior's example by serving others in my family, church and community.
