Hi I'm Marlie.

I live in Colorado and love my precious little family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a stay-at-home mom to 3 darling kids. I love to exercise, bake, and watch food network with my husband after the kids are in bed. I have my B.S. in Marketing & Advertising. I have enjoyed instructing kickboxing classes in the past at a local gym.

Why I am a Mormon

I love this gospel. Being Mormon helps me understand truly why I am here on this earth and what my purpose is. I feel tremendous peace by living by the standards of the Lord's gospel. I am also grateful for the perspective I have by being a member of this church. I know that at the end of the day, it's God our Father who is in charge of things and I know that I'm a beloved daughter of His. This church also has such an incredible network of support and love and I'm thankful to be associated with wonderful people who practice true charity consistently.

How I live my faith

I attend church on Sundays for 3 hours. During the second hour, I am responsible for teaching music to the children, and I love it! The kids are precious. We get creative and sometimes silly in our efforts to teach the kids the music. They lyrics they learn are inspired and wonderful. I wish every little child could be exposed to this incredible program. The kids love it as do the teachers. I also stay involved in the community and volunteer when I can. I also enjoy taking meals and a gift to women I know (whether of my faith or not) after they have given birth. Having been on the receiving end of that type of service, I know how nice it is to be taken care of right after you have a baby.
