Hi I'm Mark

I enjoy playing video games. I love the outdoors. I am a huge sports fan. I coach my son's t-ball team. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married with three kids. Everything I do is centered around my family. I enjoy just spending time with them. Every Saturday I take my kids to the park. I love just watching them play. My wife and I enjoy going on a date night every week. It helps us keep our priorities straight. I am a small business consultant and I enjoy helping other business owners solve problems and create solutions that make a real impact for our local economy. In my personal time I play video games to relax.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because the Holy Ghost has touched my heart and my mind. I have felt the burning influence overcome me to the point that I have had warm tears flow down my cheeks. When I was 17, I decided to read the Book of Mormon with real intent. I prayed before, after and while I read the book. The spirit touched me. I know that Joseph Smith translated the Book of Mormon. I know that he was a prophet of God who restored the true Church. I know that we are led and guided by a prophet today. I am thankful for the power of prayer and the witness of the Holy Ghost in my life. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by teaching it to my children. My two eldest children have been diagnosed with Autism. I have read to them every night a chapter out of the Book of Mormon for 4 years. I doubted at first that they would respond or understand. However, the change in my home was tangible. There was a peace and calm that was not there before. I live my faith by teaching my children what Christ would do and say.
