I'm a Mormon and loving life!!!!

About Me

I am married to my best friend and have been blessed with 2 beautiful daughters. I have been practicing as a Dermatology PA for the past 9 years and loving it. I enjoy living a healthy active lifestyle i.e. working out, golfing and biking. My faith gives me understanding and knowledge as to what is the purpose of this life.

Why I am a Mormon

The gospel of Jesus Christ is my foundation. It is my unchanging anchor that helps to keep on the right path back to my Father in Heaven, especially in these times, were the world has made it hard to know what is truly right and wrong. No more black and white just a lot of grey. The world has become a desensitized society were people have lost perspective and have put their priorities in the wrong order. The Gospel is that beacon of light that guides me through the "fog" of worldly life and helps me to clearly see the path I need to go. Live in the World but not of the World.

How I live my faith

Being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is not a one day a week thing, it is a 24/7 lifestyle. You only get out what you are willing to put in. The more selfless you are in your service to your family, ward and community the happier you become. It is hard to be a "fence sitter" if you are an active member of the church. True happiness comes when you are in the service of your fellow beings. The commandments and teachings our Heavenly Father has given us are there to help us be happy. People might say you cant drink or have premarital sex, you don't "play" on Sunday and so forth. To them these "rules"' appear to be holding us back much like a kite string appears to be holding the kite down. But if you take a closer look the kite string is what is holding the kite up. If you were to let go of that string the kite would fall back to the ground. Commandments keep us free from sin and the grasp of Satan. If Satan has no hold on us he cannot drag us down to the gulf of misery and endless woe. I strive to live by Christ's example every day in action, thought and deed. When I make a mistake or fall short I can be forgiven because of the Atonement of my Savior, Jesus Christ.
