Hi I'm Tanner

I'm a Dental Student I'm a husband and father and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently studying to be a dentist. I am married and have one beautiful son and another child on the way. I love camping and hiking and get to do a lot of it with the local Boy Scouts as a venture crew leader. I love to run and exercise.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a mormon because it makes so much sense to me. I know that families can be eternal. As I watch my family grow and learn, I know that a loving Heavenly Father would want us to always be together and continue to grow, even after this life. My family is so important to me, and I am so grateful to know that we will always be together.

How I live my faith

I am the president of the youth organization for boys in our local congregation. I have the wonderful opportunity to teach them about the gospel of Jesus Christ and prepare them to become active men in the gospel as they grow. Watching these boys has taught me much more than I'm sure I can teach them, and I count myself blessed to be able to take part in their lives.

What do Mormons believe about family?

We believe that the family is eternal. " 'Till death do us part" does not appear in our marriage covenants. God has restored the priesthood authority here on the earth in our time to seal families together forever. I'm grateful to know that my wife and kids will be with me when all is said and through and that I don't have to worry that death will permanently displace us from each other. Show more Show less
