Hi I'm Marisa

I am a wife, a mother, a part-time employee and a lover of chocolate. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

A few things to know about me are that I am married to my best friend, I am a mother to a sweet little boy and I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I really feel that my relationships and my beliefs define who I am. My life is full of joy as I work (it isn't always a walk in the park) to have a wonderfully fulfilling marriage and to raise our son. A few things that make me slightly quirky are that I am oddly organized with everything in my life, literally need a daily dose of chocolate to survive and use Carmex like it is going out of business.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member my entire life. I was blessed to be born into a family where the gospel was present in my home. Throughout the years my testimony and my knowledge of the truthfulness of the gospel have grown. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true because the Holy Ghost has testified of its truthfulness to me. I have felt the warmth, goodness and peace of the gospel which testifies to me that it is true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by: - praying daily personally and with my family - studying and pondering upon the scriptures daily - serving others - dressing modestly - remaining faithful to my husband
