Hi I'm Dan

I'm a father and grandfather. I'm an attorney. I love baseball and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in small farming communities in Utah. Me father was a County Agriculture Agent and the University changed his assignment every few years. My wife and I have lived in California for over 25 years and raised our children here. I left a large firm and started a small law practice almost 20 years ago. My wife is one of the paralegals in our firm and our son is now one of the attorneys in the firm.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I believe in Jesus Christ and I believe that the principles taught by this Church most clearly reflect the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I think one of the best ways to live my faith is to serve others. I've had lots of opportunities to serve. Many of them have come through Church callings - I served as the Bishop of our Ward (local congregation) and I worked with the young men's organization in our Ward for a numbers of years. More recently, I taught a weekly adult Sunday School class. That was a 4 year calling. I've also had many opportunities to serve in the community as a result of my membership in one of the Rotary Clubs in our "home town".
