Hi I'm Kellie

I'm a sister, an aunt, a school teacher, a sports lover, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a person who loves my family, friends, church, and life. I have amazing parents and brothers, awesome friends both past and present, and an amazing church that bring me so much joy and happiness. I love doing crafts, and playing sports, and enjoying the outdoors!

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I choose to be. Yes, I grew up in the Mormon church, but I'm an adult now, so I could easily choose not to be Mormon...but I don't. The Mormon church and its teachings have brought me the most happiness in this life. The doctrines of this church give me an understanding and a purpose of this life. This life is to have happiness, and I know I wouldn't have it as full as I do, if I were not a part of this church. Since I was little in church, I was taught that I am a daughter of God and that my Heavenly Father loves me. When going through life, which can be challenging sometime, I am able to rely on that knowledge of God's love for me and that makes everything okay. I am happy to be a Mormon, and a Christian, and be a part of Christ's church on the Earth today!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by following God's commandments. I try to love those around me and be a good example to others. I live my faith by being happy and optimistic! I live my faith by trying to build up those around me, and let them know that Heavenly Father loves them too.

Do you really believe there is a prophet like Moses alive today?

Kellie
Yes, I do. Sometimes it seem weird to think that there is a prophet today, but why would God leave us alone. God wants us to follow His will for us, and to do certain things that will make us the most happy. He's sent prophets to tell us ways we should live our lives. It helps me to know that God really does love and care for me. Show more Show less
