Hi I'm Jessica

I love to smile! I love my family!! And I love CHOCOLATE!!!...I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I recently got back from serving an 18 month mission in St.George Utah! I am studying exercise science at college and hoping to do something in the medical field. I love my family more than anything! I also love to sing, play the piano, exercise, and play any kind of sport. I love being outside and being active! I am a people person.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised LDS since I was born, but that's not why I am a Mormon. I came to a point in my life where I had to find out for myself whether this church was true. After reading the Book of Mormon I decided to take Moroni's challenge found in Moroni 10:3-5 (p.529). I prayed and asked God to let me know if what I was reading was true, and if it really happened. I was overwhelmed with a sense of peace, joy, and love that words can't describe. I knew it was true! That was the first step to my personal conversion. There have also been various other things I have prayed about, and ways that I have seen the gospel bless my life. My family is sooo happy and close, because of the knowledge that we have of God's plan for us. I have seen that happiness and peace come from living the way God wants me to. The more right choices I make, the happier I am!!! I love being a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I just returned from serving an 18 month mission for the Lord. This time is fully devoted to the Lord to teach about the fullness of Jesus Christ's teachings that have been restored to the earth through a prophet. This opportunity has been the greatest blessing in my life, especially because I saw so many people's lives change through learning and living the teachings of Christ!!! So I guess the way I live my faith is through sharing it with others, and through living the things I know.
