Hi I'm Amy

I am married to my best friend, for eternity. I am a mom to 4 wonderful kids. I am a photographer and an EMT and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am mostly a stay at home mom to our wonderful kids. We have a 9, 7, 4, and almost 2 year old. They keep my days busy, but I cherish every moment I get to be with them. On the side I am a photographer with a passion for newborn & family photography and all ages in between. I have a yearning for learning new things and challenging myself. I recently became an EMT and volunteer in our little town. I look forward to going back to school again, when the kids are a little older. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, swimming, climbing, camping and just sitting, admiring the creations of the world.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon from birth. Baptized when I was 8 years old, I always knew the church was true, that the prophet was a man of God, but it wasn't until I was 18, alone in college that I finally read The Book Of Mormon from cover to cover, I said fervent prayers, and tried harder to live the Gospel. My testimony of the Atonement, and Christs love for me grew more in that one year than it had in my entire life. It was during that year that I truly came to know my Savior as my brother, friend, confidant and Redeemer.

How I live my faith

Currently I get to serve the 12-18 year old young women in our area. I absolutely love and admire them. They are strong women who teach me probably more than I teach them. I enjoy meeting with them once a week for activities, service projects, or just to chat and then again on Sundays for lessons. They are a true shining spot in my life and it brings me so much joy to see them succeed in life, to learn and grow in the Gospel.
