Hi I'm Adam Nebeker

I run an Arena Football team. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm married to the most wonderful woman I could ever dream of and together we are raising three incredible children. My family is the most important thing in my life and spending time with them is my biggest hobby. After graduating from law school, I left the practice of law to start and operate a professional sports team in my hometown. It's been a great learning experience and I'm fortunate to be able to provide for my family by doing something I love.

Why I am a Mormon

In a world filled with uncertainty, it's a tremendous blessing to belong to a church that teaches absolute truths. Knowing that I am a child of God, that He has a plan for me and my family, that He expects me to keep His commandments, and that my family and I can return to Him after this life gives me great comfort. It's a wonderful thing to be part of a church that's guided by a living prophet. The church provides me with the tools I need to be a good husband, father, and person. Raising children is a daunting task, but the church provides a perfect foundation for us to teach our children to follow the example of our Savior.

How I live my faith

Participating in church service has been a great blessing to me. Like most most members of our faith, I volunteer my personal time to serve in our ward (local congregation). Currently, I serve as Bishop, which is the ecclesiastical leader of the ward. Serving in this capacity has been challenging and humbling, but it has also been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Much of my time is spent counseling with members of our ward about spiritual matters and personal challenges. While I have no formal education in such matters, I have seen firsthand how applying the teachings of Jesus Christ can help individuals and families find true happiness and overcome significant challenges. My belief in Jesus Christ and my desire to follow Him has shaped the course of my entire life. All the happiness that I have experienced can be traced to living the principles I have been taught as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
