Hi I'm Nancy

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife to an amazing man for two years now. I am also a mother to a darling baby girl that is 3 months old. I recently graduated from College with a bachelors degree in Food Science with a minor in Chemistry. I love to play tennis, draw, and play games with friends and family. Spending time with those I love is what I enjoy the most!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church. My parents were both converts when they were teenagers and wanted to raise a family in the church. I'm so grateful that they raised me and my siblings in the gospel. I feel that being raised in the church made our family close and strong. The principle of having an eternal family is our family goal. I myself have gained a personal testimony of the truthfulness of the gospel during my teen years when life was challenging at times. I have felt the comfort of the holy ghost when I needed to know that my Heavenly Father was listening to my prayers and hearing my concerns. I know that He loves me and that I'm important to him. I can never deny that knowledge of how much he loves me and wants to help me through life's hard times. I'm so grateful to know he loves me so much that he made a plan for all of his children that included my big brother and savior, Jesus Christ, to die for us and take upon him all of our sins, pains, and troubles, so that we can have the chance to repent and return again one day to the presence of our Heavenly Father. I know that my Heavenly Father and Savior are there for me and will always answer my prayers and always comfort me when I need comfort. Now as a wife and a mother, I want to continue the tradition of raising a family in the gospel of Christ. I know that as I teach my family through word and example we can become closer as a family and reach that goal of being together forever.

How I live my faith

I try to be like my savior by treating others the way he would treat them, through love and kindness. I'm striving to serve those more in my community by participating in service activities around the community and also within the church. At times I have been able to serve in my church by helping teach the little children about our savior and how we can be more like him. I'm always willing to serve in my church to help those who are in need.
